• If you receive a vase arrangement, top up the water upon receiving your flowers. Try to add fresh cool water to your vase every other day. If you received a hand-tied bouquet, remove the water pack at the base of the stems, fill a vase with fresh cool water and give the stems a fresh cut. Try to give your bouquet fresh water every other day.
• Keep flowers out of direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to ensure they last longer. Cut flowers do not like heat and sunlight or freezing temperatures and can die as a direct result. 
• Every flower has a different life span so as flowers in your arrangement die, remove them from the arrangement. Bacteria from one dead flower can kill the others so remove as you notice them dying.
• Want to dry your arrangement? Hang it upside down for 1-3 weeks and try not to touch it. Pro tip: A spritz of hairspray can help the petals keep their form.

Pick-up is available at our studio at 3095B Dundas St. W. (between Quebec and Clendenan, inside Coal Miner's Daughter). Your fulfillment email will contain a phone number to text upon arrival.

Due to the nature and lifespan of flowers, hand-tied bouquets and vase arrangements are non-refundable.

Non-perishable goods (cards, candles, etc.) are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
